Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase from your website?

Simply browse our online store, select the items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “check out” and you will be asked for a few relevant and essential details that we require to complete the order. On the check out page, you will be able to select the payment option that is most convenient for you.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom located in Mount Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Please contact us for an appointment and we will be happy to meet you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

1) We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, VISA and Master Card. When you select one of these modes of payment upon check out, you will be led to a secure PayPal page requesting for you to insert relevant information in order to process your credit card payment. Once your payment has been accepted, you will then be led back to our website. We use PayPal for the purposes of processing credit card payments however, you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card.

2) We also accept PayPal if you currently have a PayPal account. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, signing up for one is easy and takes just a few minutes. Simply visit Paypal Malaysia at https://www.paypal.com/my to set up your account.

3) We also accept direct transfer into our local Malaysian bank account. Please see Payment Methods section for account details.

How do your deliveries work? 

Your order will be shipped via local dispatch services, registered mail, Pos Laju (Malaysian express postal service) or international courier services depending on your location and/or choice. You are also able to pick up your order from our showroom (by appointment) if that is more convenient for you. Your order will be dispatched normally within 24 hours however, the arrival of your order will depend on the mode of delivery chosen. In the event we are out of stock on a particular item, we will advise you and you have the option for a full refund if you choose not to wait. For security reasons, please let us have a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package. We are not responsible for items that are stolen or missing after delivery.

No deliveries are made on public holidays and orders will be delivered either the working day prior or after. Once your order is dispatched, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal service for local and international customers, however, we are able to provide you with the approximate timeframe for delivery. Please see our Delivery and Shipment section for details on approximate timeframes and prices.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do. Please see our Delivery and Shipment section for more details.

Who is responsible for custom charges or duties?

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We are unable to control these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

How do I track my order?

Please contact us by email and we will let you know the status of your order.

What's your Returns/Exchange Policy? 

We are happy for you to exchange your order should you have any problems with a product or sizing issues. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt of the order so we can assist you to rectify the problem. However, please return the product as new, with tags and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted if your order has not been dispatched. Please contact us by phone or email in the event you wish to cancel your order.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes we do. You may purchase gift vouchers on our website. Our gift vouchers come in denominations of RM10, RM20, RM50 and RM100. Kindly let us have the recipient’s details such as full name and email address upon check out. We will send the recipient an email with a copy to you, notifying him/her that you have purchased gift vouchers for him/her. The email will contain a gift voucher code. The recipient will be invited to browse our online store and make a selection of his/her choice of product(s) to add to the shopping cart. Upon check out, the recipient will be required to insert the gift voucher code. Please note that we do not provide a refund if the recipient chooses an item (including delivery fees) of lower value than the gift voucher. In the event the recipient chooses an item (including delivery fees) of higher value than the gift voucher, the recipient will have to pay the difference. In this case, we will send the recipient an email invoice indicating the difference to be paid and once this amount has been settled, the item will be shipped to them.

Can I send a gift to someone and how do I know my gift has been delivered to the recipient?

Yes you can. All you need to do is let us know that the item you are purchasing is a gift and provide us with the recipient’s address as the delivery address. We will contact you via e-mail confirming your gift has been shipped and delivered safely.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes we do and it is free of charge. Just let us know that you wish for the gift to be wrapped in the check out page, provide us with the recipient’s delivery address and we will ensure that it is tastefully done! Please let us know if you would like to include a message and the details of the message so that we can include a gift tag.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, which is an Internet standard and encrypts all of your details that we collect for the purposes of processing your order. However, if you have any doubts, you can always contact us by phone to place your order or visit our showroom. In relation to the details you provide for the purpose of payment, as we use PayPal to process credit card payments as well as payments made through your PayPal account, rest assured that your privacy is safeguarded through PayPal’s secure site.
