Delivery and Shipping within Malaysia

You have the following options :

1)     Dispatch delivery service – This option is only available if your delivery address is within the Klang Valley and will cost RM35. You will receive your package between 1 to 2 days from payment. 

2)     Pos Laju - This will cost a flat fee of RM12 and you are likely to receive your package between 1 to 3 days from payment.

3)     Pos Malaysia Registered Mail – This will cost a flat fee of RM9 and you are likely to receive your package between 3 to 7 days.

Please be informed that we are not responsible for lost packages or any delays with the Malaysian postal service although we will endeavor to assist you to trace packages if necessary.

Delivery and Shipping outside Malaysia

You have the following options :

1)     Pos Malaysia Registered Mail – You are likely to receive your package between 7 to 21 days depending on your location. Please find below a chart of the shipping cost. If the delivery address is located in one of the countries listed in the chart below and you have selected this mode of delivery, our system will automatically include the shipping cost as part of your total invoice. However, if the delivery address is not located in one of the countries listed in the chart below, we shall revert to you with the shipping cost within 1 business day.

2)     International courier service – You are likely to receive your package between 7 to 10 days. If you wish to use this service, please select “International Courier Service” and we shall revert to you with the shipping cost within 1 business day. However, please note that you will need to check out and pay for your items first. After which, we will revert to you with the shipping cost and you will need to pay for the shipping cost separately  by PayPal only. If you prefer not to check out and pay for your items first, please email us your order and we will revert to you with the shipping cost so that you are able to pay for both at the same time. Please note that this is a pay by PayPal only option at the moment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.   

Please be informed that we are not responsible for lost packages or any delays with the Malaysian postal service, your local postal service or customs and immigration although we will endeavor to assist you to trace packages if necessary.

Please also note that you are responsible for settling any import taxes or charges imposed by your local customs department.
